Cristina Lowery is from Atlanta, GA and a mother of 2 beautiful girls. After struggling with her weight her whole life Cristina woke up one day ready for change. She committed, lost over 40 pounds, and found her purpose. She then went on to become a Kickboxing Instructor, Bootcamp Coach, and an American College of Sports & Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Working in the fitness industry for 6 years she believes in challenging yourself and truly discovering what your body is capable of. She has completed multiple Road Races including Half Marathons, 11 Spartan Races, and just recently took on the Challenge of an IronMan 70.3. As a coach she knows that change truly starts between the ears. Change your mindset to “I CAN” and YOU WILL. She enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals and becoming the best version of themselves.
